I included the most essential formulas, and the most essential shortcuts… condensed on a PDF. Sorting it out into one clean, organized, comprehensive resource that others could use… and that I could use without getting a headache… was a daunting task.įirst I created a basic / intermediate version of a "formulas cheat sheet" that I could share with others. I had an immense resource of all the most useful and essential Google Sheets treasures, but it was just in the form of a messy list in a Google Doc. in a Google Doc so that I could find it later to use in my sheet without having to search the internet for what I was looking for, all over again. I would save special characters like bullet points or codes etc. I also started keeping track of every shortcut or trick that made using Google Sheets easy / fast. My list made it easy for me to copy and paste a formula into my spreadsheet, where all that I had to do was change the cell references in the formula, rather than creating the formula from scratch each time (Especially for the more advanced formulas that take forever to type).
